That means even you have multiple warehouses, markets, banks in covering the same area, you will only have one of each affecting the same house.
Saviliana is (probably?) wrong as of right now. I just tested two warehouses affecting a quarry simultaneously. With one warehouse, it was giving 3 stone. Two warehouses affecting it, 4 stone.
Haven't tested anything else yet.
The bonus is only 20% (=1/5), so for a 6 income building you would have a guranteed jump to 7 with 1 warehouse and to 8 with 2 warehouses, anything below that is subject to rounding.
There is rounding in this game, I don't know if only the displayed value is rounded, or also the actual income, but fact is that if you have 4.1*1,2 = 4.92 then you would still be having 5 income (assuming it's rounded up, otherwise for 4.5*1,2=5,4, with nearest neighbour rounding).
It should be tried with a higher income building like a farm for fast confirmation.
Banks do not stack with other banks. Warehouses do not stack with other warehouses.
Buildings that do two different things however do stack, provided that the building is effected by both buffs. So if there was a building that did both cash and stone, it would be effected by both the bank and the warehouse.
without warehouse: 13 wood,
with 1 warehouse: 16 wood,
with 2 warehouses: 16 wood,
altough it would have to be atleast 17, even with rounding.
