2. at least one tile needs to stay free between buildings, just experiment during pause
(edit: just imagine a "road" in your head that leads to the building)
3. yes, you can also retire troops near the soldier center and get some costs back
2 - hard to explain but you need open path for troops. Check some guides to see some house building set ups.
3 - yes I believe you do.
5. Is there a way to sell resources quicker than clicking like a maniac?
2. Rules for access:
-All resource buildings need to have at least 1 tile between it and another building
(For example; Market and Bank buildings take 3 square tiles each, but you need to keep 5 square tiles empty in order to place them in the middle of a district)
-Houses are best placed in rows of 2 with 1 tile clear on both sides. (mountains, forests or lakes don't count as clear, but walls do). You can't place 3 rows of houses.
-You can place a tesla towers and walls anywhere, they wont block access to anything.
(Towers can't be placed next to eachother)
3. Yes, you get back the worker.
4. Double clicking something selects ALL of its kind all around the map. It doesn't only select those in view. (If you double click on a sniper, you'll select all snipers in the map).
5. Not that I know. It's still very early access though, they might add something like ctrl+click or shift+click later on.
It seems like 1 villager house can only have 3 neighbouring houses, before you get this message.
I asked myself that too.
Holding shift + click = selecting all of that unit type in range
Holding ctrl + click = selecting all of that unit type on the map
Let it go full and selling itself automatically
Double clicking only select the units you see on screen.
Every single time I double clicked on something, I'd select all of its kind on the whole map. Always assumed it was a bug or a design issue.
Are you sure something simple, like your CTRL key being stuck, is not happening instead?
