They use English but play some Chinese maps.
There are no scenarios on the map of China, only a lot of zombies.
Therefore, I don't know Chinese, but I don't have much difficulty.
I'd be interest to hear how the Easy difficulty plays out and if it helps a newer player get to grips with the game mechanics. There is a 28 Years Later custom campaign before this but 29 Years Later has more easier difficulties to choose from so if you're not so interested in the story side of things I'd start with that.

I agree, it's just that having most map descriptions in chinese sucks. I don't want to try out each map to see what it's like.
