Voice actor for the mayor part

Does anyone know the voice actors or is it just a dev becuase he sounds like hes from somewhere else??

All the VO in this game is really quirky haha. The sniper for instance sounds pretty much like a slightly affected American accent, but then he says the line "Roger that" and turns the word "roger" in "royyer"! I think the funky character of the game adds to its charm.

i dont find the voice acting super annoying but i meant like the mayor sounds like hes from a tv show or another video game
