How do I get more workers?
I have lots of buildings in town and tons of civilians but no workers and I can't build anything anymore.

You get more workers via building tents. Tents or housing can always be built for gold energy and food. You need workers to get food and energy thou. If you are out of food/energy and need workers to get more you must turn of a building to free up workers temp till you fix your food/energy prob. when i need worker short term i usually double clikc the mines or sawmills and make em stop working, it will free up the workers and they wont use any time based resources * fuel and power and such.
