You can’t control individual alerts thou least with the in game interface.
If you mean the vet status earned alert you can build the vet wonder to no longer get those or I did see a thread awhile back about the alerts being listed in one of the game files that you can open and just remove that alert to never see it again.

2.Reduce the volume of the file using a sound utility.

B.Open the file above and press Ctrl + A to select all tracks
C.Adjusting dB in Effect Amplify Menu
D.Sound test and save
E.Move the newly saved file to the game folder above and delete only the .mp3
