i disagree with them being tutorial like. they teach very little about the game maybe some introduce some units but later missions such as the omicron laboratory have lessons that are pretty pointless as im sure there are (small spoiler) no infected tubes in other missions
That slow walk and slow shooting is killing me. I like the idea, but the execution needs work.
Play the StarCraft 2 Hero Missions - Find out why those were fun, and come back.
They were fast, well pased, no repetative Shoot Shoot Shoot x 300000 tiemes.
- More Hero abilities to be added, and used in puzle like scenarios.
- Faster and more OP heroes
- More interplay with standard units. Soldiers fighting and you rescue them, some late game units/towers that you can use in the early stages for specific reasons, just to wet the taste of new players for what cool stuff they will unlock later.
- A bit more story-in them. They are perfect for story-bits to be inputed in the missions or the collectables.
I think I'll leave the game right now, and come back when some more polish is added. Right now the campaign is too unpolished.
And the kill the hoard with soldiers and wooden planks missions need a lot of love more.
Leave the collectibles in and only make them give more high score. Dont really like wasting time trying to find the hidden ones to get my points, it kills the pacing.
It is a little more relaxing and a nice little short break in between the crazyness I love so much of the horde style stuff :)
Maybe have an option when people start a new game to pick how many hero missions,etc.. they want. 100%, 50%, 25% or none.
That's why I dislike them so much, because they were done waay better in the past.
I found out there's a cheat engine which I was hoping to skip the hero & swarm missions, but I don't believe that it works with the campaign yet.
Hello
Campaign hero missions are optional, anyway i recommend you to play it
Thanks
