market is a good gold sink if you have been having trouble using it all buy resources to upgrade houses faster
bank is good on some maps not all.
i would say grabbing market early is a good idea but for the other 2 leave untill you have more important upgrades.
also if you ever wish to see lucifer or iron tech you literally need warehouses "and there nice to have anyway"
Do you need to rush them? No. Do you need them? Absolutely. Market auto-selling excess materials and giving you the ability to buy them is extremely important and it helps save on food. Bank is just free money and helps get your economy started sooner without having to keep pushing out to place down more cottages.
If you aint pushing, and using a bank to offset your lack of pushing
you're doing it wrong
i'm saying using a bank instead of pushing is bad
Market and Bank are not necessary but very nice to have.
Also the more markets you have the more money you get from excess resources autosold and the less expensive things are to buy. (Up to 3 Markets max)
It will obviously vary depending on your play style, but the additional income you get from auto-selling, coupled with the ability to turn it into resources if you need them RIGHT NAO (building defenses right before an unexpected wave spawn is one such occasion) make them a critical choice make Market a crucial choice in my book.
It does depend on the map, but you may very well do without a Bank with Markets and good economic building placement instead. Warehouse comes in likewise crucial in this combination, and it also gives you a larger pool of resources to utilize as needed.
But that's just, like, my opinion, maan. ;)
Market is worth as you swim in gold esp on higher diffs if you got gold from kills. Just so you can drop your gold onto the market for other resources beyond the amount you norm get.
Bank I find meh but it unlocks gold to kill witch is strong as hell esp on apoc worth well over 2m gold.
Bank/warehouse less so, but as pointed out warehouse does boost production which helps your stone/wood/food in the early game, and the extra storage it "feels good" to be able to store resources so you can dump say a lot of towers once you figure out which way the horde is approaching. Bank is on the optional side of things but it goes well with the market to make more use of the gold trade -> other resources. And as stated - if you ever plan to use a wonder or engineering center unit you are required to get a warehouse.
