Unit Resource Calculator
Hi. After playing 20 games and winning the first level on 20th game I was wondering - how many Units I can hire having certain amount of resources and what maintenance it will be. So I created a short Excel (2013) table where you can enter amount of your resources and see how many units you can have and what Maintenance it will be.

Just download it and open in your Microsoft Office Excel and change values in "I Have" field. You can change attributes for the units in case they will change. All calculations will be on the rigth side:
- Amount units that can be hired with each resources to see what resource you need
- Amount units that can be hired in general (using all resources)
- General Maintenance of all unit that you can hire
- General Attack Per Second depending on units you can hire.

Of course each unit have their own advantages in different situations but it also helps to see general info for upkeep and output damage. I didn't added damage for Veteran Units because you have to kill zombies and you cleared the map you can't do that.

Forgot to Add. You can also open this sheet with Google Sheets and edit values in your browser.

Great work!

In the near future I was thinking of making a stand alone metrics+ program (cross platform or web app). Maybe down the track we can look at integration if you're interested.

Well, I'm Android developer and already was thinking about making mobile application for this game but decided to not do that until the game will be released because there will be changes and there is no online data to refresh every time when user launch the app.

Oh cool. Yeh makes total sense, I was thinking of holding off for now for the same reasons. Saying that wouldn't updating a database be just as much work (once it's setup of course) as updating the excel sheet to reflect the present state of the game?

Well, you can update few rows as you notice some errors but talking about Android App, if that DB will be in the app then I have to update the App every time. If that DB will be on the server then I need to update it on the server. But before I upload DB to the server I need to create that server what also takes more time. Both of these variants takes much more time than opening the Excel Sheet and changing only certain values. And I don't think this is too sophisticated for gamers.

Thanks mate ! I'm working on a calculator as well. I'm trying to figure out the cost per energy of Stone Houses, etc. Nice game!

Here's a calculator I made in Google Sheets for resource building maintenance.

Actually interesting. Sadly deleted. I will give OP some points anyway.
