yeah but the 2x2 thing on it and its helpful anyway for new player.
You dont need oil at your station.

You first need foundry and research oil platform,than expand and find one of many.

These are actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to find near your start location. They just eat up building space despite not being needed.. They do make a nice temporary wall segment until you build a proper oil rig on it.
