Have same save game on 2 PC

Hello, i'd like to have the same save game in 2 computers, but i don't know if it's possible to sync it. If it's not possible to sync, i suppose i'd have to copy the save folder between the computers, but i don't know where it's located either. Do anyone have any info about this? Thanks....

Hello there. When I Load the game - A window pops up - say Profile error occurred. Your profile cannot be used because it is from a newer version of NW.js. Some features may be unavailable. Please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of NW,js. Has a Check box Send feedback to help us fix this issue. I went to the NW.JS website - downloaded the most current version of NW.JS but - but I don't know where to install the new version of the software to fix the error. Any help you can ...
