Turn Off Dynamic Resolution

For some reason this option is greyed out for me. How to enable it so i can turn it off? The game renders the resolution lower than my monitor resolution so it looks really bad

Find your Surge 2 "settings.ini".
Probably somewhere like: USER/Documents/The Surge 2/settings.ini

Finde the lines

// dynamic resolution mode (Off/Moderate/Aggressive)
dynamic_resolution_mode = Agressive
// general detail level for the game

Set "Agressive" to "Off".
Save.
