Pain Enhancer's implant description or effect wrong

This doesn't double the damage received - it makes you receive 100% damage, as if all your armor/resist values were 0 (while taking you actual values deep into negative values, though they seem to be treated as 0). I tested it easily from shots, where it was roughly 33 vs 106 difference.

In ng+ it's in majority of cases "one shot" implant or near one shot if one is lucky.

So either the description or the effect should be corrected.
