Hello,

0xc0000005 error is a outdated driver issue, could you please try to update your drivers using either Nvidia Geforce or AMD Settings?

I have them at 17.7.1 which is the latest I believe.

Maybe there is a better version somewhere else?

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Navigate to Local Disk (C:) > Windows > System32.
3. Rename the amdvlk64.dll file.

Hello it seems you indeed need new drivers, as I assume you are on AMD you need the ones there :

AMD DISPLAY DEVICE
Please install the Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.9.2 or higher:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Hope this helps!
