DLC Gear Locations?

Hello!

Because finding an actual guide to where this stuff is is a pain, I thought I'd just ask directly.

Does anyone know where the gear from the various smaller DLC packs is located? I remember in Surge 1 they were sprinkled in through the game by replacing certain enemies, is that the case here?

If so, is there any kind of list or guide floating around to their locations?
