the surge isnt about better doable enemies. Deal with it, try again, get better, and beat him...
no one can be proud about something accomplished if it is easy.
besides is your post born by frustration and not a good way if critics. and its sad that this is the most common thing in the internet.
but I do agree that the parry system is horrible, it just won't click with me being a button+stick direction combo
+ after sucesfull parry u get your stam back
(but u dont need use parry at all)
about heal..
u can precharge your heal.. even here is implant for automatic heal and automatic charge, etc
make build what fit to you
I know that Souls Like Games like The Surge are about getting better and lerning to fight the Enemys, but if its not only my Skill (up to this Point i had no Problems to beat the Enemys, a few like litte Jonny took some trys and i played The Surge ng+++ so i dont think its only my Skill)and also a bad Healing Mechanic where you only have Energie-Heals, then i see a Reason to complain.
And yeah you are right, i am a litte bit mad right now, because i have fun playing this Game and i like a Challenge but this Boss dosnt make Fun at all.
Maybe you are right about the Heal system, but i like it when i have a set amount of heals i can use (like The Surge or Dark Souls....) when i need them.
because ppl already beat that boss
and.. i know your feeling.. i had the same with Nioh
its only about skill..
i remember when i first time fight with first (actually second) boss in Nioh.. it was unbeatable nonsense.. in small boat huge boss what do whirlwind and throw something, jump everywhere..
and was pretty fast..
i had the same feeling.. but.. at end.. i beat him.. and guess what ;-) next boss was faster, harder and fly :-D and i had the same feeling again :-D
but isnt good idea write all your frustration from boss on Steam forum ;-) and blame whole world from your fail..
really..
i realy dont wanna blame anyone for my fails with that boss, i just that i realy like The Surge and The Surge 2 (and a few other Souls Like). I was so hyped for the 24.09 to play The Surge 2 and i have so much Fun doing it, but then there is is Boss (with 3 health bars and 3 phases) i cant beat and this makes me mad.
I cant realy play good with the Energie-Heal system and i dont realy have enough Stamina to fight like i woud want to. I know it all comes down to the Skill of the Player and i know the Boss isnt unbeatable, its just that i know my Skill isnt that Bad but i cant get further then Phase 2 with low life.
Right now i am using the JAG-22 Aeterna Weapon and the AID Nightfall Set on MK 4 (2 Part are on MK 5 as well). What can i change?, i dont realy mind farming to updrade other gear or for Scrap to upgrade.
What Implants do you recommend for me to use?, i should have all of the Implants i cant get to this Point of the Game.
i think.. its better, when that boss is harder and u have issue to beat him, no?
btw: are you really frustrated from difficulty in souls-like game? ;-) pls.. its part of gameplay, here isnt any reason for this QQ here.. no offense
grab a drink, chill and then try it again..
its nice, when u can play really good with.. anything, but now u need adapt, when u dont have that mechanic here. and when u have small stamina pool, use build what improve that by lowering "price" for dodge / anything..
i dont wish say that.. but.. Souls-like games are everytime about "git gud" - learn, adapt, profit
anyway good luck
Either method works, but requires practice to do it right. Delver is definitely one of the most unusual fights at that point in the game, and the three phase aspect makes it the longest fight so far even if you fight perfectly.
You are right, it is realy better when a Boss is to hard then when he is to easy.
I guess its more that i am mad about myself not the Game and that i am not able to beat the Boss even though my Skill is good enough. You realy helped me with that thx mate.
I will try to, by the start of the Game i wasnt used to Heal like this at all, now its getting better but i think i still need more time to lern play good with that.
Dont worry, i know its all about git gud. I will try it again and again and again and maybe be able to kill him one time and thx for the good luck, i think i need that at this Boss :).
That is what i did yesterday, but i guess i need some more preparation and time to kill this boss.
