What is up with the saturation/darkness?

This game makes my eyes bleed... The dark areas are way too dark, while the rest is clearly oversaturated.. Doesn't happen with any other game. Is that the style of the game's graphics, or am I missing something?

Anyone else having the same issue?

yup finally had the chance to try the game and it look terrible,

I've changed my monitor setting with no luck, weirdly the brightness in the menu picture I can't see but if I put it up to what they recommend the whole game is washed out then :(

the game looks nothing like the screenshots on the store page - o_O ! ( dont own the game game btw ) !

ive watched the live feed - and the character was floating / skating when moving - it looked hilarious in a bad way - lol !

yeah the screenshot always look better than in games, but I'm comparing this to other peoples playthroughs. mine is super saturated and very dark in places, yet theirs doesn't seem to be.

I guess it could be video editing but still...

It looks like it’s a display bug. I also noticed some of the shadowed dark areas are way too dark. And some of the outdoor areas don’t look right. Like the gama or contrast values are out of whack.

I'm on older nvidia drivers so I'm gonna upgrade and see if that does anything.

Never really update as it usually cause more problems for me.

update: updating drivers definatly helped a little, but that begining area still hurt my eyes.

I'm in the city now and everything looks much better, though certain corners are still incredibly dark...

Glad to hear the city is better, was worried the entire game was like the beginning.

I also confirm that the game looks better when you're outdoors. It goes from absolutely awful to passable.

I also feel like the first one looked better. Gameplay also feels more arcade than the first one. I m pretty disappointed so far
