Is there any possibility of a Linux release?

Just to note, though, this does seem to work in Wine, although I haven't tested it thoroughly yet.

Yes, we're on the hook for a Linux version of Twilight Struggle as part of our Kickstarter. Once that is done, I don't see any reason why a Linux version of Waterdeep wouldn't follow. The Linux version will be included as part of the same Steam package as PC and Mac. We don't have an ETA on Linux development at this time.

In the meantime, we've been told Twilight Struggle will run correctly under Wine, so we believe the Waterdeep will work as well.

Excellent, thank you! I've been holding out for the Linux version of Twilight Struggle before buying it, so looking forward to the possibility of a future native Linux version of this.

Awesome. I'll likely buy both once Linux versions are released, even though I don't like Lords of Waterdeep on the tabletop (bland and boring, to be honest... But unless I get Viticulture or real Agricola on Linux, it will suffice).

I'd love Ascension on Linux more, though.

EDIT: I now own the game because an IRL friend gifted it to me as a joke... :\

If a Linux version is built, I would buy and recommend to all my friends (who all use some unix operating system and all play board games) ... I assume this is similar to the new iOS version for 64-bit ... I've been playing for years with the old app and have loved it. The new app is fine too.

Is there any kind of timeline for the Linux port? I have played this for a long time on my iPad and just saw the notice about Android and Steam on the D&D podcast. I have gotten burned before by developers saying "sure, we'll do a Linux port" only to see it never materialize. I will purchase this the moment a Linux port is available. I'm also open to helping test the port in an Alpha/Beta phase.
