I believe that's to crack an egg, which I already know how to do. I'm asking how to beat one. I can't continue the cheesecake recipe without having a beaten egg/beaten egg whites. I've tried about everything... The whisk attachment, blending it with the yellow blending tool and even running it through a food processor for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles. It never turns into "Beaten egg".
OK if you speak about cheesecake, I tested the European Cheesecake where you have to split 3 eggs. Later I mix the yellow egg with other ingredients and get the Filling for the Cheesecake. No problem so far.
Later I mix the 180ml eggwhite with other things and then I combine the 2 doughs and get the Filling. I never saw beaten egg, only read egg yellow and egg white.
I really dont know in which recipe there is saying about Beaten Egg. Maybe I did not look right, but for me it works without beaten egg, only white and yellow.
Did you open the egg splitter tool?
have a look

Or is there a third cheese recipe I did not see? ^^
That's weird, I have the same recipe up but it's telling me it requires a "Beaten Egg"...
