How do you fill the syringe with cream?

I'm trying to frost my cake and can't work out how to get cream in the syringe. And the tutorial is not very clear it only tells me how i can add dyes. I've trying clicking on the coconut cream on the counter while holding the syringe, same with clicking on the frosting dispensers. I also filled a bucket with frosting thinking maybe i needed to syringe it from there. It's probably a very easy solution, but i can't work it out lol

Set the syringe down and stare at it. Do this to check to see if it already has anything in it. If it does, you can't switch contents until you empty it via trashcan. Careful as using an empty syringe on a trash can will trash the syringe instead. Also, adding fillings is one of the very first steps. If you have decorations or frosting on it already you may not be able to add fillings.

Also, you use the syringe to add fillings, not frosting. You add frosting with the frosting knife (looks like a cross between a butter knife and a spatula.)

Hold an empty syringe and click on a filling container. Filling is different from frosting and often comes in hexagonal glass container purchased from the black trays around the kitchen.

Anyone knows? I bought the game 2-3 days ago and my cream in the pastry syringe is empty. I tried to make my own whipped cream but it didn't work.
How to fill the filling gun with blueberry etc is not hard, that I figured out but I have no idea with the pastry syringe.

So the Pastry Syringe already has stuff in it, all you need to do is just color it with dye, like the big tanks. Just figured that out myself. Its not very straightforward with it.
