Also, you use the syringe to add fillings, not frosting. You add frosting with the frosting knife (looks like a cross between a butter knife and a spatula.)
Hold an empty syringe and click on a filling container. Filling is different from frosting and often comes in hexagonal glass container purchased from the black trays around the kitchen.
How to fill the filling gun with blueberry etc is not hard, that I figured out but I have no idea with the pastry syringe.
