Duck Broth

How am I supposed to do this? I let it boil in the broth and even wait for it to fully cook, then when I take it out and cut it into slices, the meat isn't fully cooked.

Update: I've turned in the broth and the customer complaints are: Too much onion, too much carrot, too much black pepper, and the duck has heating mistakes. I put in only one onion and carrot and the correct amount of black pepper.
