Duck Consomme
I have having trouble understanding this.

The recipe says its 280g of duck, one portion of duck is 280g, but when I serve the dish they customer says there's too much duck in the blend.

???

Thanks for reporting this issue, currently blender is slightly bugged. Sometimes it might give wrong taste values for a mixture. We will try to fix that as soon as possible.

I am assuming that you are referring to 'Simple Ukrainian Borscht'. In that case, you need to keep in mind that all ingredients need to be 'submerged' in the mixture, otherwise they might not give enough flavor. And just to be sure, you don't need to blend this soup.

maybe you have put too much water in the blender, and the ratio of the duck decrease below the perfect number.

I put the correct amount of liquid in the food processor as well as one duck. So I don't know, it must be a bug.
