I can't reach the bottom oven... [HELP]

I was baking a trout in the upper oven, so I decided to buy another tray to use the lower oven to heat a codfish, but the moment I approached with the tray, it does not appear selectable to put the tray there ... The button on the lower oven works, but it doesn't let you put the tray... I do not know if the character can bend down to reach but from the normal position does not seem to be able to put the tray down there... And it doesn't appear as broken..

Any help? Thanks

I can get them in. Try using CTRL to crouch?

Hey
As Gice said, you can use CTRL to crouch which should make putting baking try in the bottom oven much easier. I just wanted to let you know that in the ovens you can place multiple baking trays, and there is one more oven next to the griddle (you also have to crouch to use it comfortably).

Thank you, since I didn't see the key configuration menu, I didn't know there was a button to crouch. Well I tried 'C' as in most of shooters, but it doesn't work, so thanks again for the tip...
