There are 'decorations' in dishes such as lemon and parsley from the trout in the oven that can be left prepared for 5 or 6 easily... Same as baked potatoes for chops... Many things can be brought forward in idle time.
I also like to prepare cold salads, or cold dishes such as gazpacho, and leave several pots with 1 liter of water and 20g salt.
The last of my advice: don't stress... Even if you have 3 dishes at the same time, go little by little and don't deliver the first dish until the last minute. When you have more than 3 stars the game automatically generates another order after delivering the last one...
So don't run to deliver them... prepare the first one, put it aside, do the second one, and if you have time make the third one... Then you deliver plates when there are a few seconds left to not suffer penalty in time ... So the game becomes less stressful and you have time to go collecting utensils such as waste from pots and pans.
