You can't get 5 star even when u completely follow some recipes!!!!!!!!!

Like Penne in Salmon Sauce, i do exactly like it said, turns out the white pepper and oil too much, Penne heat problem, onion and mixture too cold.
I know ingredients have a green bar to fill, but when u set the timer in the exact time, a lot of ingredients cook unevenly and some still not fill up the bar yet. Then what is the point of the recipes when the time is not precise?
And i still don't get the spice amount too, it always end up the amount go wrong when i put the exact amount to it.
These things happen to a lot of recipes. Most of the time, the game is fun, but it really frustrated me with some bad design or bugs.
