Sushi DLC could've done with something a little more
So, we have had quite a few DLC's for the game and also a QOL things such as relaxed mode, but I feel there are things that should've been added to the DLC by default that we already had, such as:

• I feel like the ability to create your own menu would've been an absolute must considering all of the recipes in the Sushi DLC, I'm not sure about others but IMO, it is not fun to have to make so many different things with so little space or mechanics in which to save food for later, leading to the inevitable fluster of a kitchen space after something like an hour.

I have some suggestions that might made the DLC better if it can be implemented:

New perks
The perks haven't really changed since the start of the game, there is maybe a few new ones each DLC but they aren't as... good as they could be. For instance, with the Sushi one, why not a perk that allows us to automatically spread rice? perhaps a perk that allows the automation of cutting the maki after we finish rolling it. Perhaps a perk in which allows us to place all 4 pieces of the row in Maki instead of doing it one at a time (I'm not sure if there are recipes that require more than one thing on a row though but still going to include). Perhaps one that removes the mini-game for tempura, which I am not sure why exactly there IS a mini-game there, its rather slow and already wish I could turn it off.

Physics switches
Its all well and good that everything has physics and can drop on the ground, but the issue I've had from the start is that putting things in containers causes issues. It'll either randomly fall out of the container, through the bottom, or any slight movement near that container will make it fly everywhere. It is rather buggy all around. I think there should be a switch introduced that allows the objects in containers to settle for a few seconds, then their physics turned off. So they are static in the position they settled in, in the container. Perhaps a temporary parent to the container itself too, so overall prevent these type of bugs and also stop ingredients sitting so unstable in them.

Bring back the ability to pick the menu
I am aware you can serve whatever you want to the two spots to the right, but the orders to the left are more consistent, and they will pick anything that you have unlocked recipe-wise, which can be tedious, especially with having to find a place to store left-over sushi that was asked for maybe once in a few in-game days.

Storage
Storage has always been an issue with this game overall. I remember the biggest issue of it in the Pizza DLC (which BTW, could also have benefited from the create-your-own-menu system). Creating different dough's and having to find places to store them. It would be nice if there was a spot in that DLC that allows us to store different sizes breads and different types, similar to how vegetables and such are stacked in the pantry, allowing us to pick up what we need, but not have it all over the kitchen, pantry, floor, etc. With the Sushi DLC, there isn't many spots for containers for the Maki or Nigiri, there is no storage for left over pieces, or whole rolled sushi to be cut and served later.

These are only a few things that I can so far think of as suggestions.
