Sudhi DLC Tutorial

The Sushi DLC definitely needs a better tutorial system. Why is it just watching some videos on your phone and not an actual tutorial like the other game modes? And why does time continue to move while I'm watching one of the videos?

I just spent 20 minutes figuring out how to cut fillets because I would have never guessed to use the sashimi knife to make maki cuts until I tried it.

At the very least there are recipes on all of the orders so I don't have to sit around and watch the videos while time is moving if I forget something. Definitely needs a tutorial more like the base game or other DLCs.
