Everything is perfect but I'm not getting 5 stars

As the title says, I have created the coffee-seasoned steak with corn on the cob twice now and both times I have only gotten two stars on Taste causing me to lose fame points despite the guest complaints tab showing perfect for all three categories. Am I missing something?
