Camera crops itself when you change game's resolution. (Cakes & Cookies bug)

When playing the Cakes and Cookies dlc, I noticed my game resolution was set at 1920x1080p, so I changed it to 2560x1440p. After making this change, anytime I take a photo of a confection, there is a strange cropping of the top and right side of the photo. This can be fixed by switching back to 1080p, but if I switch back to 1440p it will cause the bug to occur again. Restarting the game while 1440p was selected did not fix it.
