Christmas ham (first tier) recipe has too little margin for cutting technique.
When trying Christmas ham recipe, I suffered a lot because it required too strict cutting technique.

I made exactly 300g ham cut, and 31g orange cut (which is just 1g over from the 30g quota).

I also had skill level 3 of 'taste tolerance', and this skill made sure that many mistakes are ignored and I almost always get 5 stars.

But for this Christmas ham, I got only 3 stars for taste (3.5 stars overall). The customer complaint showed that the 'bad cutting technique' is the sole reason for such low score.

It seems like the recipe is bugged, it has too little margin for cutting technique, and any error on quantity can also penetrate the 'taste tolerance' skill and have large negative impact on the taste score.

I know that this recipe is a later addition to the game as a holiday gift, so I understand that it may be bugged somehow.

Beware, "bad cutting technique" isn't the weight margin of the cut, it's the cut itself. The game has a 5 to 10g leniency on cuts. You might want to experience a different way to cut your food.
