Replacing TV Screens

While I was picking up a pot of soup off the counter the game hung for a second and when it came back the pot flew up into the air spraying soup all over the kitchen and shattering my screen on the prep table facing the stove. How can I replace that screen? I tried using the cell phone and pointing near the TV mounting point but no luck.

I did figure that out eventually when just trying everything. I had thrown the tv off to the side right when it came crashing down and didn't think to click it. However, a new problem followed that up. When you repair the TV it goes back up on the wall and looks correct, but when you click to interact with it to choose a recipe you just pick it up. I was walking around with it in my hand. It does fix the TV but it doesn't seem to set it up the same way as the TV is originally.
