Blurry Screen Issue

Hello there!

We have noticed that some of you report unexpected blurry screens, mostly after modifying some options in the menu. We are aware of this issue and solving it is our priority. However we are having difficulties trying to reproduce this bug on our hardware.

Thus we would like to ask for your help. If you are affected, send us screenshots depicting the problem and your current game settings. Dxdiag files and output_logs from the moment you got affected by this problem can also help. Directions on how to find these files can be found below.

Temporary fix is to simply change game resolution back to your regular one (i.e. 1920x1080). Also the easiest way to contact us directly is via our Discord channel ( https://discord.gg/4Cw64H7 ). Submit your files in the #dev-support. Thank you in advance for your help!

HOW TO SEND AN OUTPUT LOG:

1. When you experience a bug, either close or ALT+TAB the game, just make sure you don't restart the game!
2. Paste this path into your files explorator: %appData%/../LocalLow/Wastelands Interactive/CookingSimulator/
3. Copy output_log.txt and send it over to us

CREATING DXDIAG FILE:

In Windows 7:
Click on the "Start" Button.
In the Search Box type dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on “Save all Information.”
Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is.
Send the DxDiag file to us

In Windows 8, Windows 10:
Press the [Windows]+[R] keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command.
In the "Run" command box, type in dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on "Save all Information."
Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is.
Send the DxDiag file to us
