Does prepped food spoil?
I'd like to prep a bunch of things - pork chops, fish, etc - and keep them in the fridge until they're needed to cut prep time. Is this possible?

You don't need to put food in the fridge, food doesn't spoil in the game. So you can have food prepared in advance, around the kitchen, for any day you need it. :)

The most you'll need to do, say if you prepare soup in advance, is to reheat it on the stove

Excellent, thank you! Of course, now I feel a right berk for tossing my leftover soup at the end of the day, but live and learn.
