Lobster Tail - What is the "Mixture"?

For the Lobster Tail recipe it says to drizzle the tail in 6ml of lemon juice and olive oil then grill. After getting cooked, it says to drizzle with 10 ml of mixture.

But what is that mixture? Is it just more lemon juice and olive oil?

Also, how do you drizzle 6ml when the pippet only does 5ml or 10ml? If I have to pour it .... ugh, the pouring mechanics are so finicky.

Also, to drizzle 6ml, just get used to tipping the bottles over and then quickly tipping them back up again.
