So, I have a few questions that I can't find anywhere else:
1) My bakery's name is my Steam username. Can I change it to something else without changing my username?
2) Servings: I got my first special order, and it asked for a specific number of servings. It was bread, and it asked for two layers, which I did, but I'm stumped about the servings specifications. The order was "terrible", in spite of including the hashtags the customer wanted. Was I supposed to slice it, or something? (This was not in the tutorial...)
3) One of few hashtags not included in the guide here: leaves?
4) Actually, now that I think about it, is there a guide for special orders? (Not included in the tutorial in game, like the aforementioned servings part...)

Hi,
there are Indeed some Tutorials Missing for the Cakes and Cookies DLC. So here are the Anwswers:

1) There is no Way to change the Name of your bakery as far as im aware. It will always be your Username, but i think it does not change. So you can create a Save with the Bakery Name you want and then switch back your Steam Name (which you can change as often as you want as far as i know)

2) The Servings Number is Hidden in Plain Sight so to speak. If you Aim at a Cake there is a Pie Chart in the Top Right Corner with a Number to the Left. E.g. i baked a Maderia Cake and it has 20, that means its 20 Servings.
The Stupid Thing is there is no Way to see the Serving Size in the Cook Book, so you have to write down or remember

3. The Hashtag leaves is not achievable as far as i remember, but i can look again tomorrow. If you need a good Overview of Hashtags, here is a Google Sheet from on of the Guides from Steam: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zXo46ZXT-FbtN5vmxcG8mO4x3y5HdPJqtnvtV3pMvgM/edit#gid=0

The Link to the Google Doc is 100% Save, i tested it.

4) I dont think there is a Special Order Guide since they are Generated randomly if i remember correctly.

And here is a Tip (in case you don't know):
You can create a Custom Frosting at the Dispensers and can add extracts to it (you can Buy them at the little Shelves at the Top Site of the Bakery where e.g. the Cutting Board is located). If you do that they get Hashtags as well, so you can use them achieve Hashtag requirements.
Its another Mechanic that does not really get told well.

OMG Thank you! I did not know about the extracts! I was wondering how to add rum to a recipe, I ended up making a random recipe and adding rum to it, but the hashtags never changed ^_^0
I didn't even try because I thought you could only add color to the frosting, but I'm going to give this a try next time!
It's a shame you can't custom name your bakery, the other bakeries in game have cute names and mine doesn't really make sense. Ah, maybe the devs will add that later on.

Your welcome. Yea the Feature with the extracts is not really documented anywhere, but its visible in the Screenshots that the Developers had customs with Hashtags.
So i experimented around with basically trying to throw everything thats in the shop into the Frosting Containers and realized that the extracts can be added.
You can also use the syringe to fill ur cakes with fillings, which should give them Hashtags as well.
As said with the Leaves Hashtag i will try later when im Home, but since you can "Freestyle" draw with creme on the cake i have a feeling that you have to draw a leaf on the cake lol.

Hi guys, the "Leaves" hashtag is available with three different Leaf decoration items (Oak, Linden and Maple). You can change Your decoration item drawer setup when hovering over it (Action under "E" key by default).

Sweet! OK, so this one is actually for decoration, and not an ingredient! I thought maybe mint extract, but that does not have said hashtag. Makes sense! :3

OK, so I was just playing last night and it seems for the frosting, you can only use extracts for flavor hashtags. I'm still stumped at what to do when a customer asks for rum or other non-extracts liquids. I tried it on both the frosting container and the custom frosting setting in the dispensers.
At least we now know about the "leaves" one, now one more mystery to solve.
Also, I finally figured out the portions part. I wasn't getting it right, because of the size of the different cake pans. (That was annoying.) I ended up saving before adding the dough to the pan, and if it's not meeting the minimum required I just reload the save.

did u see the Guide / Google Sheet that i linked?. To get the Rum Hashtag you have to use Rum (a Liquid that you can Buy from the Shelves).
There is no direct Cake that needs rum, so you have to add it to another Cake to give it the Rum Hashtag.
Let me Boot up the Game :)

EDIT: Jep so can confirm i remembert it correctly. You take the Dough thats required by the Order (or that you want) and add (usually as the last step) Rum to it.
So you make for example a Maderia Cake Dough and add Rum into the bowl after the second last Step (so between Step 4 und 5). Then you mix the Dough with the Paddle Attachment and then check your Dough. In the "Ingredients" Section of the List (when you hover over the Dough) you should see Rum, if not add more and mix again.
I added around 400ml of Rum to a Standard Madeira Dough to get 17%.
Then you bake it and your Cake should still have the Hashtag and the same % that the Dough had.
Not sure if it works with all Cakes (i first tried a Brownie and it didnt work) but something like a Sponge or a Madeira works 100%. Just tested it
