Cakes and Cookies

I am really good at the original Cooking Simulator-Game and also with Pizza. Really good. and now I thought I try Cakes and Cookies.
Well, I am having huge problems with this game. First I bought measuring cups but couldn't find them anywhere after I bought them. Then I was looking for ordinary whipped cream. Just whipped cream. No sugar, no flavor, just whipped cream. Couldn't find that either. Then I just tried a blueberry cake and it was invisible. I could decorate this invisible cake but well.... You know what I mean?????
Now I am not normaly too stupid to understand games like that, but sorry. Cakes and Cookies is beyond me. I just can't cope with it and it makes me crazy.
Also the tutorial is much, much better in cooking simulator and pizza.
Could anyone please help me at least to find those things that I bought?

when you purchase things from your phone you have to go to the exit door and click on it then you should have a cardboard box in your hands then just set it down and click on it to grab things from it and also im pretty sure there isent whipped cream (surprisingly) and the invisible cake i have no idea
