As for the issues you've described:
First. Two possible causes for that from the top of my head are:
1. You're transferring the olives straight from the jar into the GN Container instead of empyting the jar into the cutting machine first and using those on a pizza.
2. If you have multiple orders, you're assigning wrong pizza to the order at the check out.
If none of those are the case, could you send us a screenshot of your pizza before sending it out and a screenshot of your order summary screen?
Best to send them here: discord.gg/cookingsimulator or support@bigcheesestudio.com
2. So you're buying the sour cream from the box and when you put it down or throw anywhere it disappears? An is it the same when making sauce that when you stop pouring it, it disappears? If that's the case could you send us your savefile right before buying the sour cream?
Where is the game save file?
In one of those locations:
1. Documents/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator
2. %appdata%/LocalLow/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator
3.(Game Installation Folder)/Save/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator
3. I just place them here and swap the containers occasionally :)

Second: the sour cream only disappears when I put it down. Never while pouring.
Third: I only ever order one pizza. When it is in the oven i put up the plate and order the next one. Otherwise I loose too much time running around to change GN Containers because I can't access them in the "Belegen-Modus". Sorry. Still don't know the term for "Pizza belegen". I'm Swiss and just can't find that term.
Anyway, it just takes too much time to change the GNC's in the rack to access an ingredient and then change it back to something else. That's why I only order one pizza at a time.
I'm having fun with that game, though I am better in cooking simulator. THERE I can really rock the house, guys!!!!!!!!! :-D
