How to use the syringe for frosting cakes?

I didn't really get a reply in the how to play section and more replies seem to come here in general. So anyway, anyone with cakes and cookies dlc, How do you put cream in the syringe? The tutorial only tells me how to add dye. I've trying clicking on the coconut cream on the counter while holding the syringe, same with clicking on the frosting dispensers. I also filled a bucket with frosting thinking maybe i needed to syringe it from there. It's probably a very easy solution, but i can't work it out. Thanks in advance for any help :)

Things like coconut cream can be used only with the Filling Gun.
The Pastry Syringe already has unlimited cream inside which can be only coloured using food dyes but cannot be swapped for somethig else.

Thank you I didn't realise its already filled with stuff. Also I have one more issue, i finished a special order and I'm holding the cake and trying to click the door and nothing happens, the order is still active and 2 hours left to go
