simple chicken pumpkin stew, not so simple
how are you even cooking it? im following the instructions and it keeps coming out wrong, not only is the pumpkin difficult to handle but the chicken doesn't come out properly ether, its meant to go on the stove right? cause it can't fit in the oven while its in the pan.

unless its meant to go into the deep fryer but it just says fry it which i think means cook it in that speical pan, i do that for 20s then up the closest thing to 50 grams of pumpkin i can get and let that fry for 100 seconds but it turns out all wrong and i never get it right.

im seriously at a loss here and need help.

also it would be grat if we could chop horazontally that way we can get those better cuts

and then i found out that my right most dial on the stove is what heats up the pan no matter where it is on the stove AND i get a complaint that there not enough chicken even though the recipe calls for 1 chicken leg.

this is a big bug isnt it?

Oh and if anyone could help me understand the upgraded tomato soup recipe that would be great, it wants me to put ingredients in the oven to bake them for 90s while i make the soup.......with the same ingredients? when their down baking they are burnt and it wants me to do that on the plate im going to be serving it on but the picture doesn't have full veggtables in it so i assume their used in place of the normal ingredients but again they come out all over heated and the green bar is over lapped wit the reddish orange.

what am i doing wrong?

Regarding the chicken pumpkin stew, I think it tells you to use the paella pan so thats definitely the only way to cook it, on the stove. I would put it on the back burner because it looks like it fits in the middle rather than on top of one burner and then use the dial for the front burner. Maybe try and test it first during the prep or cleaning phase using a spare ingredient or a drop of oil to see the right position for it to cook or fry something and then never move it again

But I would assume the recipe is bugged as I'm having some issues with the amount of oil, it says there's too much in the review but I've added the exact amount required and its done this both times I made it and of course one of them was for a food critic

"Not enough ingredient" sometimes addresses to the lack of taste in liquid, not always to literally lack of ingredient. I've tested that recipe few minutes ago in Modern kitchen and I've got 5 stars with little complaint about pumpkin cutting. I assume that you're using a Classic one, in which burners don't work well with Paella pan, so maybe that's the issue.

About tomato soup, it doesn't matter that you overheated that ingredients, because they're need to be blended at the end. You can skip baking in oven and put them raw into the pot (you don't even need to drizzle them with olive oil, just add exact, required by recipe, amount directly into the pot).

thats a little odd for the tomato soup, why would you be able to skip sections of the recipe?
also is there a way to switch to the modern kitchen?

The reason is that the game doesn't recognize which methods were been used to cook certain ingredient after it's getting blended. After that it take into account only percentage of tastes in liquid. It's quite a shame, but that's how game mechanics works.

You can't switch kitchens on already existing save, only by starting over a new game
