Duck Broth Dish
I don't know if I am doing the duck broth soup wrong? But it seems like no matter what I do I cannot get good reviews on it and plus the recipe ask for us to time it for 80 seconds but that does not seem to cook the duck breast all the way through is this recipe meant to be that hard or as I said am I doing something wrong?? :/

It's duck BROTH, you don't have to cook it fully, it's to give flavor to the broth.

Hrmmm??? I've salted and peppered it according to the recipe and it says I've put too much salt and too much pepper in??? I cooked it for 80 seconds as per recipe and I cut the duck breast exactly for 140g says I have bad cutting technique and heating mistakes?? Not sure if this is quite balanced because I keep getting almost the exact same comments over and over from my customers. I know its just a game but I'm getting tired of being dinged on points!! Could this possibly be a bug?? Not sure?? :O

I'm having the same problem. I've made the dish three times now, and no matter how I do it, I can't seem to get anything more than 3.5 stars on the taste.

My process is:

-add water
-add 10g salt and 10g pepper
-add 1 carrot and 1 onion
-add 560g of sliced duck breast (~35g per piece, still working on my cutting technique)
-boil for 80 seconds
-add 140g of sliced duck breast to deep dish
-add 300ml of broth

And no matter what, I have gotten the 'too much pepper' and 'too much salt' comments every time.

You're not supposed to cut it until it's already boiled. The boiling needs to be until the duck is cooked completely rather the 80 seconds.

Even if you cut it afterwards the score still seems to be strange. Can't get more than 3 stars and the complaints are weird (to much water, to much salt, to much pepper etc.) even when the values stated in the recipe are adhered to perfectly. Possibly there is a step missing that affects the scores but is not in the recipe for some reason. I would love to be proven wrong though..this recipe is the only one i can't get right for the life of me :(

Hey guys
I just tested this recipe and manged to get 5 stars https://imgur.com/unOBRrj
Just few hints:
You need to pour 1300ml of water into the pot. After adding everything into the pot, you can shake the pot by holding SHIFT and then moving mouse around - that way you will make sure that all ingredients are submerged under the water and can exchange the tastes correctly.
And I would suggest first pouring the soup into the deep plate and then adding cut duck to it.

Please let me know if it helps you with getting better scores.

Thanks man! Gonna try that out right away :)

Edit: adding the water after the ingredients (but before salt/pepper) helped a bit, but still to much water and salt complaint..4 stars though..thats progress :D

When you are boiling the ingredients in the pot, are all the green bars filling? Try taking the pot off the stove after the soup 'green bar' is filled.
We are still adjusting error tolerance on the recipes to make them doable but also challenging at the same time. Thanks for your feedback.
