The timer is not accurate!
According to recipe, I was supposed to bake a fish for 90 seconds. So, I timed it using the clock above stove and when I reached 90 seconds, the fish is half burned.

So, I can assume that the clock is not accurate? Should I use real life timer? lol

The timers are accurate. Is the bar on the fish red or green?

The fish was half red and half green. I pulled it out at 90 seconds per recipe.

Next time try using the bar instead of the timer. Timers I find are more handy when you have multiples of dishes cooking.
