How do you add your own music?

How do you add your own music to the radio? I've looked through the game files, and there isn't one that's titled "music" or anything. Plus, which file type do you have to use? MP3, WAV, or does it not matter?

but what if i want to add my own music, i can't just add my own MP3s i have to use some internet radio thing?
