We're locking this thread since you guys have been using it for reporting bugs and providing feedback. We value your support very much but to make things easier, please start a new thread in the Tech Support subforum for the issues you've encountered.

Here's a template for the perfect bug report:

What happened: Dish can’t be served / Can’t move / Potato falls from the pot
What game mode: Classic Kitchen Sandbox/ Cakes and Cookies Career/ Pizza Sandbox/ Any mode, etc.
When/How it happened: After cutting 2 onions / When starting Sandbox mode with controller attached / Throwing apple when crouching.
Build nr.: Number that can be found in the left bottom of the main menu.
Are You able to reproduce this issue? Yes/No
Optional attachments: output log, save file, video, screenshot

It's always a good idea to include an output log in your bug report and if the bug is related to loading a game, a save file is also a great help.

Best to send them here: discord.gg/bigcheesestudio or support@bigcheesestudio or share a link to download them. Please send us the whole bug description, not just the file (discord/email)

Where is the output log?
1. When you experience a bug, either close or ALT+TAB the game, just make sure you don't restart the game as this will overwrite the output log (unless you are aiming to reproduce the bug/crash)
2. Paste this path into your files explorator: %appData%/../LocalLow/Wastelands Interactive/CookingSimulator/
3. There you should find output_log.txt

Where is the game save file?
In one of those locations:
1. Documents/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator
2. %appdata%/LocalLow/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator
3.(Game Installation Folder)/Save/Wastelands-Interactive/CookingSimulator

I was so excited to buy this game, but it is simply unplayable. I have a good gaming computer but the lags evry second. I tryed optimizing my computer, erasing other games, putting the game's graphic to the lowest, playing with the mouse settings and restarting the game a few times. Nothing works :'( I guess ill wait for it to release on consoles. When will that be?

I had the same issue, but when I played with different resolutions that seemed to do the trick, I tried one resolution that seemed to make the movement very smooth even though it did not take the full screen.

I think it would be great if you can add a dlc or update within the game that focuses on Coffee Making, like a Barista mode, where you can make so many types of coffee, many coffee machine types, coffee roasting, and having a decoration that fits with that would be great like a coffee shop. And also adding thing like Latte Art and coffee desserts within the game would be really awesome. I feel that is very much possible to make through the same game.

Please implement an auto placement option for those of us that are sick and tired of food ending on the floor or not being able to place it in a fashion that you would normally in a normal kitchen as well. Yesterday a plate even broke after I put food on it. Never had that happen in reality so why in this game??? It's just no fun anymore due to this.

I want to be able to play in a relaxing fashion and not having to think about how to move an utensil just to move my food around the way i want or turn steaks on a grill. It's extremly anoying, I am focusing more on the mechanics than cooking and I am fed up.

I have a few suggestions. Not sure if they have already been answered yet or said. Suggestion 1 - You think you can make a bit more optimized more lower end PC's. I have to have my screen resolution turned almost all the way down along with the game resolution as well just to get 15 frames. Suggestion 2 - Please please add a option to change the walk speed like you can for the mouse sensitivity. The walk speed is horrible when your frame rate is bad. Suggestion 3 - Can you some how add a key that holds something your cutting in place. like if im cutting a potato it would be nice to not have it move after i make one chop to it. I like to have my cuts be even and almost perfect. its an OCD thing i have lol. Suggestion 4 - please add a pasta strainer! nothing worse then when the pasta falls in the sink so you have to pick them up one by one. I think that's everything i have. Other than that i love the game! mainly the frame rate is my biggest issue. Makes all the other problems worse for me.

Loved how things got a great and pleasant update from the base game (not saying that I hated it).
Things that I really got an interest are:
- the new options and equipments to help (one thing, though, it could have an option to measure the amount of water or other liquids? We can do it with the flour, but not with the liquids? :D ).
- now we have the option to improve the receipts for ourselves... in the base game, I wanted to do, in sandbox, random or simple receipts, but we couldn't send/sell them... (maybe in an update? =D). I made a cake with bacon and it sold well lol!
- the ovens are amazing and, although I had some time to get used to it, now I'm loving it!

Tommy, please adds the game for platform Mac OS!!! I watch almost all videos about this game and I want so much play( I haven't played but I have already loved Cooking Simulator . So I have already bought the game and.. I can only wait( Well sorry for my grammar, bc I'm from Russia. I hope you do it as soon as possible. :)))
