Grilled Tuna steak problem

i have try this recipe many and many time. But every time they result in a heating mistake.
I have try with Grill pan, The grill near the freys and the other near the cooking machine but the results is same. Something is wrong in the recipe ?

You have the same problem I had... You re putting the tuna steak in the wrong place... You have to put it in the grill zone, near the microwave, not in the other place near the fridge, or use a grill pan in the cooker to make it... I hope you understand my explanation, I don't know well the name of those things in English...

Are you sure that you are using the grill that is next to the deep fryer? This is the one that is required for this recipe. And make sure that you are grilling it on both sides.
Please let me know if this solves your issue.

yes yes i have done it and try on all 3 cooking position (Grill, Pan Grill and other)

Do you have to use the grill pan still if you're using the grill next to the deep fryers?

I'm having this issue too. I used the grill pan on the cooker (since it still gives the grill symbol) cooked for 80 seconds on each side and when I turned it in it said "heating mistakes". Now, in my case I still got 5 stars on the dish, but it does irk me a bit that I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
