Can't Use Steady Hand Perk

I've come back to this game after some time as I figured that it would get better. Definitely has, but when I played to before the Steady Hands perk was basically a must to cut things like tomatoes and onions. Well I can't figure out how to use it anymore. I remembered it used to be the space bar, but it doesn't work. Also if I look at it in the "perks" menu on the laptop there is no keybinding, but I can't figure out how to bind a key to it. its normally the left shift key for steady hands, and the space bar is to walk faster, try it in sandbox mode, go to the laptop click on the perks and select steady hands then get something that you would cut like the lemon. and then see if that works, hope this helps you..

Nope, still didn't fix it. I tried uninstalling too. The tooltip doesn't show up on the bottom when trying to cut. The perk is just not working at all.

When in game go to settings then go to input make sure Keyboard is selected. scroll down and see if Object Manipulation key has a key mapped. if not then just click on reset to default. you will then get a message pop up Saying: Are you sure you want to reset Keyboard mapping to default. Click on Yes. That should do it.

Sadly still did not fix it... Like a lot of things it's just another thing broken with the game.

When you click on the perk does it go a light blue colour? Then that means its active, if its not highlighted its not active for the perk. Because i have no issues with that perk at all, so it not broken.
