Tips on pouring/measuring liquids
I can't believe its taken me this long to figure this out.

When measuring liquids the E key is your friend, it allows you to taste it and each taste takes off 1ml so if you pour too much you can use E to get the right amount

Thats only good for the first liquid in the pot though because after that you can't taste it without taking 1ml from both liquids which will decrease your score

So heres what you do. Use bowls. Put a bowl on the top by the oven, put a bowl anywhere where you might pour liquids. Pour out the amount you need into the bowl, pour too much just taste it until you have enough and then pour it over the ingredient or into the pot. Voila you get perfect results every time. If you need to create a mix of liquids in a bowl use two bowls, measure into one then pour that into the other

Hope this helps

Thanks for this info, its been really useful. I'm still new to the game and I've been able to get quite a few 5 star ratings on my 1st attempt of a recipe using these methods, here's one I got 1st try.

Another thing I've found useful is preparing liquids I can use a ladle to measure into bowls at the prep stage i.e a lot of soups ask for 150ml of sour cream so rather than pouring 150ml, I put a few bottles into a bowl at a time and measure it with the 150ml ladle.
It's much easier and quicker than trying to pour 150ml each time. I place it next to the oven on the bottom shelf that way it doesn't get knocked over easily and its convenient.

I should have said before, the bowls are not that big. I tested to see how much they could hold and it was just under 150 so atm they are only really useful for small amounts.

If you can't use a bowl I suppose you could use the deep plate instead since we know they hold a lot more

lol I thought you was talking about the plastic bowls, that's what I have been using for preparing liquids like I said in previous comment. I tested how much it holds and I got 12.8l into it however it was difficult to walk around without spilling loads. I was able to safely carry up to 9l though
