PART 1:
Since i had a lot of issues to launch Rising today (probably 1 hour of troubleshooting), here is what solved my issue (steam version / nvidia GPU!):
1) browse the folder where the game is installed
2) delete the folder "Easy AntiCheat"
3) Startup Steam as admin
4) Verify the game
5) right click on NVidia Icon on the bottom right and open up NVidia GeForce Experience
6) Click on Trials Rising
7) Click on Optimize
8) Go to the "Easy AntiCheat" folder
9) Open up setup and click on Install
Now the game started again! Just wanted to share my solution, hopefully it helps for those who are also having issues with launching the game 😉

PART 2:
Quick Update on the Rising launch issue:
It seems to cause problems when the game is setup "borderless"... Once you change to "windowed" and close the game, it starts perfectly fine... If you forgot to change to "windowed" before closing game, you can Optimize again on Nvidia GeForce Experience.
so basically i change to windowed before closing the game and change to borderless when i launched the game
