I don't even get the quest for finding poachers, after recieving the letter from Hassuf Sharel is not in the town anymore and the quest didn't update.

well just slow down, game broke for me when I reached the end of pixie. Imma wait till they fix the game so you can actually play through the main quests atleast.

I found it as a random encounter while traveling through the dire narlmarshes. Not sure if it matters but it was on the path going from verdant chambers to baneful bog.

Yes, according to the patch notes, this is a random encounter which previously had a low % chance of triggering while travelling. Apparently they increased the % chance, but I don't know what the chances are now.

I got mine triggered while travelling along the river close by Lizard Village in South Narlmarches.

Sharel is still kneeling in front of the guard in my town, even though I already delivered the letter of innocence. I can talk to her about something but I don't get a quest.

I'd like to know if Sharel is supposed remain on the ground with the guard next to him even after you get the letter from hassuf and the confirmation of innocence quest is complete? also whenever i talk to them the dialog is the same as before delivering the letter now i clearly understand its not how its meant to be but i'm asking if its any different for anyone else

Mine is the same, kneeling before the guard even after finding the poachers and such.. what im wondering is where the guy is in the next portion.
