There are some items that say ''it would fetch a good price if sold to aa well versed collector''. Is there such aan npc? If so, where? Or i just sell them to an ordinary merchant?

I believe you will meet an antiquities collector at a later point. I do not know how much better price you get, but probably a significant markup.

It is still a question if you prefer some cash now or more cash later, but to be fair - early on it's not that much you can buy anyway. :)

Antiquities collector will come to your capital at the very beginning of Chapter 2. He is also the person who can reforge some of the broken artifacts that you'll find on your way (necklace among them).
