But maybe there is other options too but I would guess these kinda possibilities I see if you want as close to complete evil sided party as possible, obviously Amira would fit better than Valerie for the roleplay aspect, as Valerie code of conduct seem to push more forward good than Amira. Who is sorta more primal in that regard, like bravery and strength and all that not so cuddled stuff. But honestly have not idea how you can turn Amira into a tank as barbarian and with somewhat not so good Dex and Con on her, with armor stuff too as you probably need her to hunt for rations but perhaps there more brilliant minds that have solution there.
Alternatively you can just hire with custom characters to fill the holes, but you would miss out immersive group feel where they talk sometimes around campfire etc.
Maybe something you can google or ask around forum or one twitch streamers who have found him like cohhcarnage about.
It is the kingdom management where the frankly baffling lack of usable characters really gets grating.
The need to keep levelling Companions I don't even want to use while other advisor positions can't even be filled is incredibly galling.
Baronies don't beleive in an HR department I guess.
Suggest you get Lander then he is more or less lawful evil, so you can use him as prime advisor. Renogar as general, Harrim as religious advisor his more or less closer to evil than good. Jubilost as treasurer his also very immoral, then amira as last. Then you should have advisors very able of providing questionable moral solutions.
I know it's not the ideal solutions but it can work on somewhat reasonable level, I doubt we will get pure evil parties and advisor options. Don't even think we have pure good advisor options currently either.
Its should be punishable to play w/o Nok-Nok!
